We’re organizing a Course Reconnaissance Tour
COURSE RECONNAISSANCE TOUR
Discover the Course Before the Race. Be Ready for Race Day.
Exclusively for UCI Gran Fondo World Series Antalya riders, we are organizing a Course Reconnaissance Tour on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, four days before the Gran Fondo race.
This special tour gives riders the opportunity to explore both the Short and Long Courses in advance, see the key sections of the route and learn important course details directly from our tour leaders before race day.
Explore the Course by Bike or Vehicle
There are two ways to join the Course Reconnaissance Tour.
Riders who want to experience the course by bike will enjoy a safe, guided ride accompanied by our tour leaders and supported by an escort vehicle. Those who prefer to explore the course without riding can join the vehicle-based course tour.
With both options, our team will introduce the key sections of the Short and Long Courses, highlight points that require particular attention and share useful insights that can make a difference on race day.
Give Yourself an Advantage on Race Day
Knowing the course in advance is an important part of race preparation.
Seeing the turns, road conditions, faster sections, points requiring extra attention and the overall character of the course before the race can help reduce surprises and allow you to plan your race strategy more effectively.
The Course Reconnaissance Tour gives you the opportunity to arrive at the UCI Gran Fondo Antalya start line already familiar with the course and better prepared for your race.
More Than a Course Tour
The tour is also a great opportunity to meet and spend time with fellow UCI Gran Fondo Antalya riders arriving from different countries before race day.
After exploring the course, all participants will come together for an open-buffet lunch.
Enjoy a relaxed day talking about cycling, racing, Antalya and the Gran Fondo ahead.
