Parental Consent Form for Minor Athletes

All athletes under the age of 18 participating in UCI Gran Fondo Antalya are required to submit a signed Parental Consent Form completed by a parent or legal guardian in order to finalize their registration process.

This document confirms that the parent/legal guardian approves the athlete’s participation in the event and accepts the event regulations and participation conditions.

Please complete and sign the document, then upload it through the registration system or submit it to the organization team during race kit distribution.
