CANCELLATION & REFUND TERMS
- If the participant has an injury that prevents him from participating in the race, his registration is canceled by submitting a doctor's report.
- Racers who cannot participate due to the postponement of the race date can request cancellation up to 4 days before the new date notified to them.
- Race fee will not be refunded for any reason other than all of these.
- Refund of accommodation payments can be requested up to 30 days before the start of the accommodation date. Except for these conditions, accommodation refund requests will not be accepted.
